"Energy Resilient Buildings and Communities" Officially Released!

Brian and I are thrilled to announce the release of our new book, Energy Resilient Buildings and Communities - A Practical Guide. We both care deeply about the sustainability of our energy system, and the resilience of vital institutions to the inevitable energy disruptions we face. We are excited to share our research on local-level energy resilience with you, and to continue this important discussion. We want to thank everyone who supported us as we worked on this book, including our colleagues at Hitachi Consulting, and our loving families. We would also like to extend special thanks to all of the many energy experts who offered their time to be interviewed for this book, and who shared valuable energy resilience strategies from hospitals, military bases, colleges, and municipalities all over the country.
